On the 15th of May in the Jungle of Nool, a little tidy bit is pushed off a bloom. Then, a minding, inventive elephant named Horton (Jim Carrey), the wilderness' temperament instructor, takes a dunk in the pool. The dust spot skims past him circulating everywhere, and he catches a modest cry claiming roots in it. Accepting that a whole group of minute animals are existing on that bit, he puts it on a clover. Horton discovers the bit harbors the city of Whoville and its occupants, advanced by Mayor Ned McDodd (Steve Carell). He has a wife, Sally (Amy Poehler), 96 little girls (whose names all start with the letter H), and one adolescent child named JoJo (Jesse McCartney). Notwithstanding being the most senior and afterward in line for the mayoral position, JoJo would like to be chairman, and since he's so unnerved of disillusioning his father, he infrequently ever talks.
